When you apply for the Collective, you’ll begin with a private conversation with Nancy Juetten. If, after that call, either of us feels it’s not the right fit, your deposit will be refunded in full — no awkwardness, no obligation.

At that point, we honor our shared commitment to stay for the full year, knowing that the transformation unfolds through time, trust, and togetherness.
